TO A GREAT BREEDER BEN REESE

afcinc4747 Feb 20, 2010 07:33 AM

I have a story to tell about a great breeder u all can depend on,His name is Ben Reese with reesereptiles he advertises on kingsnake this guy is amazing ive use other breeders and have got burned and lost alot of money with there so called 7 day live warrantee and live arrival warrantee. Ben has built my trust in his reptiles i ordered a mojo from him it arrived and passed away in shipping i was very upset about this not at the breeder just about the snake passing.I called Ben knowing he would take care of this he had no more mojos but gave me a reptile that was worth 4 times as much as the mojo i wont say what it was cause i dont want people to take advantage of him.I just wanted to say how nice it was of him to go out of his way to make sure i was not mad or unhappy.I will be buying from Ben for a long time, lets just say he has a life long customer in me.

Thanks for listening Joe Thommes

You say that you had been burned so many times before. First, you must either be incredibly unlucky or not good at taking care of ball pythons. It is extremely rare for there to be a problem. When there is a problem most breeders will take care of it. For you to have multiple problems and then on top of that for you to have found different breeders that wouldn't fix the problem seems strange.

Second, you say that you had been burned so many times before but that you "called Ben knowing he would take care of this" Why did you know? Why weren't you calling Ben thinking "here we go again being burned by a breeder's so called guarantee"? If you had been burned so many times in the past why weren't you surprised when Ben fixed the problem?

Ben should just buy an advertisement and he should have sent you a period to use in that post.

Thank you for the information. Since Kingsnake doesn't have any type of BOI available, a good word for a breeder here and there are appreciated.

Next time though, could you please use better grammar and punctuation? I genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience with it, but not taking the time to make sure it was well written seems to discredit your opinion. It is similar to a potential employer looking at a letter of recommendation written in crayon.

If you don't have anything nice to say... Then don't say anything at all.

Joe had a story to tell. Leave him alone! Why the attack on his post and on Ben Reese? I do not know either of them but to attack someone in such a way (even their punctuation) simply shows that you have too much time on your hands or are not a very nice person.

Just my opinion.

Kevin

Joe may need some periods but it sounds like you are on yours.

"Joe may need some periods but it sounds like you are on yours."

LMAO!! That's a good one. Liven up this "kumbaya" forum and perfect amount of punctuation. How's that for something nice?

That was a funny post. Nice retort. Good to see someone with a sense of humor in this forum.

Thanx and good luck this season.

Kevin
