I know someone here will have the answer!!!

Today, a potential buyer told me that my woma ball python was a banded normal. His reasoning was 1) all womas (&co-doms) have clear bellies & 2) His "normal" female has the typical woma/spider head pattern. My woma does have a black stripe down the center of his belly. I didn't want to argue so we left it at that. (Yep! I'm a bit upset because I would have taken any pics he asked for prior to making the 2hr trip)

So my question is... Do ALL womas have clear bellies?

My male Woma has a black stripe running down the middle of his belly. When I was purchasing him I also looked at his brother and he also had the black stripe down the middle of the belly.

Some might very. I have a Black Pastel that came from a very well know and reputable breeder, that has a nice amount of black spots on hit belly. I have seen some Yellow Belly's with the same spotting. So, I guess you can't say all co-doms have perfectly clear bellies.

Also, were you the one that traveled 2 hours, or was it the buyer? If it was you, I don't blame you for being upset.

We met in a town between us. So both of us actually wasted 2-3hrs.
