so Dave gave us all a virtual tour of his herp room... here i give you a tour of a virtual herp room lol.

i am having way too much fun drawing all these components... well not the fridge washer/drier the sink or computer desk and some of the stuff in the shelves... but i did draw the rest of it i swear.... i am gonna file these pictures in the "someday" folder for sure

as you can see the is lots or room for expansion, very important feature but now that im looking at it i think i need to rearrange a little to fit in a couch

Nice work, though scale is off on some objects...compared to the fridge the desk looks like it would be less than three foot wide, pretty narrow for most desks of the type shown. Typical student desk is over 40" inches long, typical fridge is about 30" wide (I have an appartment sized fridge which is 28" inches wide...and a typical student desk, which I measured at 42" long).

Despite some objects being off scale...and I expect you just used a few objects you had handy, instead of creating all of them...its a cool 3D representation of the snake room shown earlier in photos Certainly far better than I could do with a room design type program. Heck probably better than what I could do in any graphic program possessing similar tools as what you used. (ie Corel Draw.)

now you made me go back and check everything... so it must be the angle because the desk measures 45" long 18 5/8" wide. it might also be the fridge that is throwing you off because thats a 36" fridge... and yeah i just searched for items pre loaded to the program. i could have done all that stuff but this way was so much easier

Cool tour, looks like you need to add some virtual animals to those cages. Maybe even some virtual messes for you to virtually clean?

Seriously, looks great and would be a great tool for laying out your room ahead of time to maximize usage of space.
