I missed it somehow. They must have gone out of order. I was hosting a conference call from 2:00 to 2:30, and when I tuned in they were discussing an alimony bill that went on and on.

The senate bill 318 is on appropriations committee. They start in the morning at 8:30, don't generally allow speakers. They'll be working for the next few days. Can't look at committee packet on my computer at home - too slow. Here are the bills.
