Het Pied Question?

I am doing a local trade and may be getting a het pied female. She has no paper but the person says she has visual markers. Is there any chance that she could have the visual markers and not be a het pied? Thanks for your help!

Yes it is possible for a normal to show what looks like het pied markers.
