Tokay question

I introduced a male tokay to 3 females, they have been living together for about 3 weeks now and they haven't done anything. got any tips on what i could do to get them to mate?

Be patient.
Despite their physical robustness, tokays are very sensitive creatures and any kind of stress prevents them from breeding.
Many WC Tokays won´t breed before they have spent a year in captivity. Even my cb breeders normally stop all breeding activities for 1-3 months if introduced into a new tank.
So give them all the time they need.
If the tank setup is fine, they will sooner or later breed for you.
