I have seen my male on top of my female a couple times now and I noticed the amount of crickets I put in there do not go as fast as they use to, and have not eaten the chopped pinkies the last two weeks. Is this a sign of breeding?

That is not likely breeding. It is very different from one on top of the other. More than likely, just normal behavior.
