Jolliff Snowball!

Tracy Barker Sep 20, 2003 11:22 PM

Here is a pic of a newly hatched Jolliff snowball. It is a 100% sure a snow, as it was hatched from two axanthic snakes that are 100% het albino (het snows). This has been a really fun project to do. Now we have made albinos het for axanthic and axanthics het for albino. Both of those combinations are true "het snows." When the axanthic het albino is bred to even a het albino or an albino het axanthic is bred to a het axanthic, we can produce "het snows." If you breed those babies you can expect a typical 1/4 (just the same as breeding a pair of het albinos)to get a snowball!

That is an incredible pic, almost as awesome as the Snow. That is no doubt the best Joliff Snow to date. It must have taken days to train them to pose like that or are they just naturals. LOL Maybe you can send them over to teach some of our animals!
