Fascinating! It would be interesting to know if they determine if this is genetic or environmental, since we experience both in Ball Python morphs.

quite neat looking...but mutations like this happen in the wild all the time, just some are detrimental to the animal (ie an all white snake standing out becomes easy target for predators). I have seen all white crows in the wild near my family home years ago.
