Here are the pictures I promised of Copper possibly Ovulating. Obsidian was on top of her before this picture was taken, but by the time I go the camera he "ran" away. So what do you think? Is this an ovulation?

Also, today I found Obsidian coiled around my Pearl female Violet! I was very excited and thought they were breeding, but Obsidian being the shy boy he is, slithered away shortly after I got these pictures. They didn't seem to be copulating, so I hope they were finished and I didn't interrupt the courting.

She is looking a little thick. Fingers crossed. Even if you did scare him away, I'm sure he'll get back at it. The other day, Lazarus was courting Cleopatra for about 12 hours, and I pretty much vacated my room just so I wouldn't interrupt anything. Just tell Obsidian to leave a sock on the doorknob so you don't accidentally barge in on them
