Babies??

hyporainbowboas Mar 19, 2010 05:49 PM

Although I did not ultrasound any Rainbowboas this season, Here are two picts from 2006 that show the ova before ovulation, and the mother. I was wondering if any of the other breeders on this forum use ultrasound for their rainbowboas and if you have images from later in the season when you can see the baby snakes inside the “eggs”.

Best wishes to all in 2010....
Hopefully I can figure out how to post forum photos from my website…..and also find an easy to post new photos to the website as well…. With a tech friendly family, I sure was skipped when this gene was passed around.

Way cool!! Thanks for sharing that photo! And btw, that Pearl in the first photo is gorgeous!

For posting pictures from your website:

Right click on the photo you want to use, and select "copy image location". If that option is not available (depends on your computer), then select "properties". A gray box will appear with the image location given on it... copy it. In the forums on this website, all you need to do is type this (minus the spaces):

[ img][/img ]

Paste your image location between the two bracketed img tags, and viola! Picture posted!

Here is an example with the spaces to show the coding:

And here is what it looks like when the spaces are removed:

To post pictures that aren't on your website, you can open an image hosting account online. You can upload your images and they should provide you with an img tag link for you to just copy and paste. I use Photobucket, but I know there are others.

Hope that helps!

Waspinator detailed linking image url's quite well. There is also the little (Tools and Toys) link in the lower right corner of the 'reply' or 'new message' page where you type in your message. It also gives some additional guidelines on using code in messages.

For a single link you can just copy and paste the address in the fields below the message box.

getting closer!! here ya go
get rid of those spaces and add a / to the last bracket like this [/img]

okay and now that i tried i see that address you used is the wrong one, that address is for your face book page but not the picture itself, so now what you have to do is open the picture in facebook then right click... scrool down to where it says "view image info" that will open a little window with all sorts of stuff. find where it says "location" then there will be this lone line of code "http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/hs035.snc3/12299_105971949421399_100000257821319_146262_3986865_n.jpg" make sure you get it all the ".jpg" is a good sign you have what you want
