well my lil rhino has been a real handfull the last few days lol!
i got him a new enclosure a 55 gal. and got him out of the 20 gal. tub he was in. so now he can see clearly around him, which means he can see my green iguana! my green iguana has the tendancy to head bob alot, and out of no were today while i was misting khaos he scurried to the highest log in the tank looked at me opened his mouth and started bobing his head. it was funny to me because for one he was bobbing from side to side not up and down 2cd he is still small and only 5 mo. he is more confident since he has been in the larger enclosure he dont scurry much onl if i try to reach for him. he i see now its gonna take a lot of time and patience with this one lol!

Isn't that HILAROUS!?!? When I got my Cyclura I did not KNOW that they bobbed OPEN MOUTH, horizontally side to side. I had kept greens for YEARS and i was cracking up when I first saw it! They also hiss a lot, and we call her "Grunty" because shes always grunting. Also, I find when I hold her she always will climb down to the ground, while greens are content to sit on your shoulder.

He will aclimate to your green, My oldest green male (17 years old!!!) lives next to my Cyclura. Also it will take him anywhere from 2-4 years to become chill like a green iguana so don't worry that he is deranged. Just keep taking him out and bathing/handfeeding him and he will be great.

Good Luck!
