tokays make noises??

i remember reading somewhere about the noises that tokays make, and i was wondering if anyone could inform me. Do they make the noise often? what kind of noise is it? is it only males that do it? is it very loud?

Males make a mating call that is very lauld and how they got their name (in sound). They all make a barking noise when threatened just before they will attemp to bite. My hatchlings make a lot of croaking type noises all the time that sounds really cool. here a link to the warning bark and a male call if you want to hear them.
