A few breeding pics.....

Jlassiter Mar 21, 2010 08:34 PM

We seem to have a few that are interested in breeding after an initial shed, but others are not ready just yet.....Probably another shed is needed but I will continue to pair them up on and off just to make sure we don't miss a window of opportunity......

Below are 1.1 Gray Pin Banded Thayeri, 1.1 F3 Tapalpa Ruthveni and 1.1 Melanistics that are almost ready....lol

Hang in there John. Mine are showing variable interest also. As they keep doing their first brumation shed, I'm starting to make appropriate introductions.

Very cool John, None of mine are interested still. A few females are going into shed so hopefully soon.

Thanks Michelle....and I am sure your brood will "turn on" soon enough....

As I shared with a few folks "off-line"....Annie is really Andy....He probed shallow and has a short tail.....I guess you really don't know until you pair them up.....Symon was a bit upset with Annie (Andy)....LOL
So...I have changed a few thayeri pairings around to utilize all their traits.....I had to change my website information to match too....that was fun...LOL....

Melanistic "hook-ups"

ANDY Hooked up with PEACH

Excuse the poop in the pics, but I wasn't about to clean up for pics after I saw them all hooked up.....
BTW...I leave the female's shed skin in their enclosure on purpose.....
