Nice looking snakes, any locality to them? Good size on that male too, would like to see him on your hands or something for reference too.

Jesus is definitely going to be waiting awhile for little bitty Mary to get big enough! LOL!
Do you know how much Jesus weighs? How much does Mary weigh?
My Kingsvillle red x Stillwater hypo pair weigh 310 grams for the male and 246 grams for the female as of 3-3-10. They were hatched first of May 09. I ask because I am curious as to how fast other people's bulls are growing.

Yes he certainly is going to have to wait a while Have you any ideas on the time scale? I was thinking 2-3 years maybe put them into brumation winter of 2012?.I prefer hatchling where poss but this early in the season she was the only one left from last season she is pet shop bought so has suffered a bit for size but i will soon have her catching up.As in my other post as soon as he has finished digesting i will get him on the scales also mary 2.

I would think she would be big enough by the fall of 2012 at three full years of age, but if she seems small maybe wait an extra year. She should be at least 42 inches long to breed. I am not an expert concerning this topic, so hopefully other more experienced keepers will chime in.

My 08 female Bull weighed 542g this am, she's almost 50", and my 08 Black Pine female is 572g and 48". They both eat 2 rat pups avg 50g every week.

I stuck my Male Jesus on the scales last night he was still with a full stomach but weighed in @ 450g i would estimate he will be about 425g after digestion. so that's a 15month old bull at just shy of 4ft weighing in @ 425g Not bad....

Jepsie2000 and Cheesemonkey,
My Pacific gopher Gonzo weighed 568 grams on 3-3-10. She was hatched 8-24-08. She almost never skips a meal. Not a bull snake but has been mistaken for one because of her beefy build.
I don't know how long she is, but she lives in a 4 ft long by 2ft wide cage, and stretches from almost one end to the other.
