another hopeful!

Well, today was the first time this aberrant/striped female Outer Banks has eaten since she stopped feeding on Dec. 31st. The other female hasn't quite woken up yet, but she also kept eating for a bit longer too, so I'm sure she will also join in the eating festivities soon too. The male seems to be more adamant on just cruising around his enclosure which is also a good sign that he probably has "other" things on his mind right about now..LOL!

Hopefully at least one(or both) will go this year among many other nice things that are planned!

Good luck with everyone else's projects this year as well!

Thanks Kevin!,....I really like her alot, as I do the rest of the OBK group. I am very excited about producing some of these sticticeps gems!. She was just a tiny 9 gram hatchling when featured in Hubbs' new "Common Kingsnakes" book, and now it's hard to believe she might be ready to make little one's herself now!.

Doug, that is one sweet sticticeps you got there!!!Beautiful pattern on that girl! Alan

Thanks Alan!,...glad you also like her cool pattern. That would really be the icing on the "cake" if some cool looking aberrant's popped out of any of these clutches. But normal phenotypes will be just fine with me too, as they are way cool just the same.
