i got carried away again, and wanted to see what i could come up with. the coolest part about it is that i am confident that i could take any of these basic ideas, work out all the details, and actually build any or all of it.... LOL okay so who else do you know that can furnish an entire room with reptile enclosures like this!! well except the couch im still trying to figure out how to convert that. anyways check this out

i drew one up basically copied Pauls idea but it just wasn't quite working for what i had in mind. so i had to elaborate a little bit got rid of the rack part and stuck with an enclosure, then the hard part was making it a usable desk as well. it still needs a LOT more work if i where ever actually going to take this concept and make something of it but this is enough to show the basic idea.....

and one last thing before you all jump down my throat about keeping 2 diff species together i checked out husbandry info its all similar and they dont try to eat each other they get along just fine....

some of you may also recognize that unit in the back as the unit i built, well i just wanted to see what it would look like with a snake, this is kinda what i want to do with it anyways

then i got to thinking what else can i do... well i had look into coffee tables a while ago so lets try it

and i have seen pictures of cages surrounding a tv or something so here is my snakertainment center.... and if you must know that is a 70" LCD 1080P flat screen

and just too fill in space i added a tree monitor cage as well, so you tell me if any of you had a room like this would you ever leave it??

and sorry for having everything in there except for a Rainbow.... i did draw a couple of those snakes(the chondro, albino burm and the uhh... green one lol) but i just cant seem get a color or pattern or texture to even come close, so until i figure that out this will have to do

I spend 2hrs playing around with the axis and gave up
how you ended up drawing snakes/books and a 70inch tv i have no idea!!!

lol it took me a while to get the hang of it too but to be honest with you you can download most of that stuff, go to file, then down to "3D Warehouse" and over to "get models" just type whatever you want and it will come up

seeing what other people draw help with figuring out how to draw it yourself... not only that but most of what i downloaded i altered in one way of another, either scaled it to size, or changed the color or texture.

i remember it took me hours to figure out how to draw my first cage now i can do it in minutes, just keep playing with it and let the imagination go crazy!!!

That's pretty freaking awesome. By the way, where did you find a breeder that has dinosaurs. I've been trying to find someone that breeds dragons ever since I was six, but no luck there. Maybe the dinosaur breeder knows someone... Anyhow, awesome room design. Maybe you could work in pneumatic air tubes to automatically dispense rodents to the cages with the push of a button.

its my brother-in-law actually that has the dinos, but funny you should ask i had my dragons out just today, i have a couple of greens that im gonna try to pair up this year so if i get eggs ill let ya know
