Yes, a feeding response to be desired. If it could talk it would be saying "NumNumNumNumNum ...".

LOL...what would that pinky being squeezed be saying?

it seems Mex Mex have a great feeding response when compared to alterna, thayeri, greeri, zonata, pyros and ruthveni...But I think snakes have individual feeding responses regardless of the level of husbandry.....

LOL -- Of course, the pinky would be saying "Help me, help me" in a high squeaky voice (you have to recall the grade B original sci-fi movie version of "The Fly".

Thank you Jeff,
That male pictured was produced by Karl at Boneyard Reptiles and Shannon Brown.
He is from the hypoerythristic line that was derived from line breeding some Bob Applegate Mex Mex that originated East of San Luis Potosi City, Mexico in the Valle de los Fantasmas.

Here are some pics of a 2008 pair of Hypoerythristics and a picture of the previous male's sister....

WOW right off the bat? NICE! If you run into any trouble with any of the others try putting them in a brown paperbag with the food item and leave it in a quiet place, you may be surprised by the results. Hope this helps.

Thanks James....
I do have a ton of feeding techniques that I have been using since around 97 when I hatched my first alterna, thayeri and californiae clutches......The paper bag trick works sometimes....
