It's getting harder and harder to find one gene morphs in the classifieds.
Last season there were tons of pastels, cinnies etc.
Now they're all het pied, het clown, or multiple dom/codoms.

soon it will be hard to find single gene morphs. the future is combos.......just look at corn snakes. how often do you find plain genes? even normals and 1 gene morphs are typically het for something without the buyer or seller even knowing.

the real question is what's the next species to become extremly popular......hognose???? only time will tell.

Hognose, Bloods, Bullsnakes, Garter snakes...who knows? It seems like everything has a morph now. If there is a species that is relatively easy to maintain in captivity, and it doesn't have many morphs yet, you have a potential goldmine on your hands.

I guess they are just like the fat tails replacing all the leopard geckos.
