Thanks man. I was pretty bummed after my initial post a few days ago and the whole hondo fiasco. I quess I knew something was up. I am just glad it worked out and I am very happy with this little male. Plus, I got to keep the pair of hondos which I do really like. The andean is not a breeding project, just a cool animal to have in my collection. Of course that could all change in a month or so LOL!!
Nice one Kevin1 These guys get pretty big don't they?

King Snakes! Who can make a better mouse trap?
J Sierra
Hey Jorge. Yeah, they get upwards to five feet or so which was one of the draws. The other was the fact they like MUCH cooler conditions than the average NA colubrid and stress if the temps get too high. A nice room temp snake that doesnt require additional heating for the cage. A lot like the black milks if not mistaken in size and temp requirements, but they keep their tricoloration through life.
