Having the toughest time finding regular topsoil for my nile. Untreated at least. Most are mixtures. Any suggestions? Whether in the San Antonio area or not?

Having the toughest time finding regular topsoil for my nile. Untreated at least. Most are mixtures. Any suggestions? Whether in the San Antonio area or not?
Lowe's and home depot carry spagnum peatmoss(mix it with sand). Landscaping yards also carry various types and grades of soil/mulch/sand.Lumber and tractor companies may also carry various types of mulch as well. Try those places.
Currently I'm using this redwood mulch mixed with sand. 60/40(mulch/sand)
Try mixing your backyard dirt with sand in a bucket and see if it gets slimy once you add water to it. If it doesn't, try that.
