I need some ideas for some quick cheap to make and still decorative hideboxes. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Cheap quick to make hide boxes

1) Gather up some free expanded or extruded polystyrene foam. Or see if you can get a scratch and dent sheet of the 2" thick stuff at Home Depot or similar store.
2) Carve/melt/glue them into your desired shape.
3) Paint with Drylok tinted with liquid concrete dye or just use the light gray Drylok.
I made one hide like this. It was durable enough that I was able to blast it with a hose to clean it.
