John, all those animals are sharp, but that dark male is incredible IMO. One of my all time favorite mexmex types. Good luck with the pairings this year!!

The Dark male and the speckled female he is with are both here on breeder loan from Shannon Brown......
I do have some young black phase Mex Mex that may be ready next year......If not 2012 for sure......

I want to see a black phase with salmon/pink saddles from the hypo-e Mex Mex.....Maybe in a couple years...fingers crossed.....

Very cool project. I have an opportunity to possibly get 2.2 from a friend of mine. Waiting to see what he wants. He has one dark phased animal and I believe one is a granite phase. Keeping my fingers crossed he makes a decision soon LOL!!

Cool....Mex Mex are great, hardy snakes.....

Share pics when/if you get them....

Next year we should be able to breed a Black X Granite into the Hypo-E phase......Eventually there will be a black Mex Mex with pink speckles.....I just don't know how many generations it will take to perfect it.....We shall see...I hope....lol
