Update on Gravid Female: Finally over

This morning I found the last of her eggs. All infertile. I palmated her and did not feel any more. Oh well. Better luck next year. At least she wasn't egg bound.

Yes, this stuff happens to everyone now and then. Like you said, at least she didn't have major complications, or even worse,..died!.

If she's a good healthy weight and eating well, you could always re-introduce the male in a week's time and see if she'll double clutch for you this year. Maybe the second clutch will be fertile
