Has anyone kept Tegus outside all year long? I live in Northern California. Temperatures have a wide range from 70 to 100 degrees in the days of spring summer and early fall.
And pretty cold winters - lowest can be 29 degrees.
I know that Bert at Agama keeps his outside all year long and the weather in Alabama sounds more severe than what we have here in CA. Northern CA can get some howling rain so that will be a concern more so in February, March and sometimes May. I would like to hear from anyone that keeps Tegus outdoors and what they do to ensure their animals are safe year round. Any help greatly appreciated.
