I found this snake right next to another snake that I believe to be a ringneck snake. Anyone know what kind it is?

can only see the first pic but it looks like a red-bellied snake.but would need alittle more info.

Sorry about the last pic, you should be able to see this one. His back is a dark slate grey with two black stripes running down it. His belly is dark orange/red. He has an orange spot just behind his head and one on each side of his head.
I saw a pic of a red-bellied snake and he looks exactly like it.
