In 2005 I got a baby female Baird’s rat snake. After some months of growing I took a couple pictures of it.
After it had grown to become a lovely small adult, around 2008 I’m guessing, I sold it to a friend of mine. He kept it for a couple years, and I recently got it back from him. Here it is today.
I now have a beautiful Baird’s rat that I once raised from a baby!

Love that yellowish, nearly patternless anterior portion. My '07 has been turning yellow up front too but still has striping. The blothes on the youngster look really orangey too. Mine were all dark gray which is more what I'm used to seeing. Is that by any chance a Vivid line animal?
