After seven long years, I just confirmed the first ever hookup of my Martir agalmas. The real question now is whether I will get some viable eggs. In fact the male was so anxious to breed that he bit the female and held on while he was mating with her. He's been ready to go for three years, but the females were taking their sweet time growing to breeding size. Did I mention patience is a virtue with these animals?

Great news and awesome animals. I especially like the head pattern on the the first female. Good luck with getting some offspring from them!
