Three new babies.....

rainbowsrus Apr 07, 2010 11:51 AM

LOL, had to laugh when Aubrey posted up her new babies, I had just received some of the same ones. Congrats on scoping up the nicest female but I would not call her a "super" blush. That implies it's a dominant morph and that one has two copies of the gene.

Any ways, my three new babies....

Gina....

Sophia....

And Guido....

to what i have sitting here.
these animals are from late 07, and will breed the 10/11 season i hope.
i have a 2.5 group, and there were 2 siblings that look hypomelanstic, which
the breeder wouldnt let me get my hands on.
I think there are many similarities between yours and mine.
As youngsters

As they progressed, the yellow just gets brighter and brighter in the circles.
This might not be the same animal as the photo below, but it from the same group of
7. Im not so good at labelling my photobucket stuff

cheers

Hey Dave,The new babies are looking good. Of course I'm just a little bit biased. One of these days I will post pictures of the three that I got from you. I have 07 females from Betty and Wilma and a male from Bullseye.

Dave... nice ones! I got to see the whole litter in person, and they were all great looking! The female that I got, however, was definetley a stand out. I can't believe he let me have her!

What would you recommend calling her then? I feel that she is more than just a "Blush", and should be labeled as such, but that's just my opinion. Perhaps "Extreme Blush"?

You clearly swooped on that one, did you have to rain dollar bills on him for the privilege?

Extreme or high expression - blush would both fit the animal.
