just paired up some of my late corns and the male grabbed ahold of the female not shure if this is normal first time ive observed this

#1 ARE you sure you have a male / female ?
#2 DID you try to feed them recently?
#3 Did you feed them , before you put theM together?
posative on the sex they both ate 2 days ago, ive never had an issue with that kind of behavior, the male grabed ahold of her and began corting

This is normal for corns sometimes they mistake , the other for food , anyway good luck with them .

I've seen this quite a few times during breeding.
More prevelant in my bairdis but corns do it too

Although I have never seen this with my corns I do not believe it abnormal. Corns are less prone to the mating/biting other species like kings are more likely to do. However, I have heard they can and will do it.
He seemed like he was just trying to get ahold of the female.
it was something id seen in lizards and a few snakes but ide never heard of it in corns it was just kind of a shocking experiance.
