Feeding White Rats VS Multi Colored Rats

There was a thread back a while about the feeding of white rats to boas in preference to hooded or colored animals, something having to due with fat content, if I remember correctly. I think I recall something about "Zuckerman Rats" ?

Can anyone post the info from that post for me, or related info, as I can't find it anywhere.
