a video to this forum. I am trying to download a video from You Tube onto the forum, but the best I can do is to down load a link. I would rather down load the actual video rather than the link. I'm a little computer challenged and I can't figure it out.

I believe what you are looking for is the embed code. That will be located on your videos actual page, not your channel. Then you add the embed code not the link to the message.

Hey Brian!

Sorry, I was wrong. A lot of forums you can use the embed code and the YT tag.. but KS does it different.

All you need to do is make a new message.. add a little text to the message section... and then if you scroll down you will see underneath LINK URL, LINK TITLE, AND IMAGE URL.... you will see YouTube ID or URL:

Copy and paste your link in that section and hit preview. It should show up.

So, for your other video.. you would be put this link in the YouTube ID or URL box: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jv1htA4wEwM
