Nebraska Expo

Bolitochrome Apr 13, 2010 12:30 PM

Is anyone planning on going to the Nebraska Expo in Omaha on the 18th? I know it is a pretty small show, but I love going every year anyways. Hoping to see some new stuff this year. It would be nice if they would get an ASF table since so many of the vendors sell mice and rats.

Is this show a fairly regular one? (like the KC show) That is close enough I may have to give it a look atleast once.

They have one in the spring and one in the fall, April and October. It isn't huge by any means because they were having some troubles finding a venue, I heard. Which is surprising because my experience so far is that most Nebraskans are pretty comfortable with reptiles in general.

Anyways, it is as the old HoJo in Omaha. Not sure what it is called now. The expo website is: NebHerp Expo Looks like it will cost $5 for adults to get in this year. Blast.

Sadly, at least the past few years, they don't have a lot of BP morphs. It is increasing as the local breeders start to join the show, but mostly I have seen a huge variety of Kingsnakes and Corns. Last year there was a bunch of Bullsnake morphs too, which was pretty awesome.

thats cool im actualy in the market for a bull project. are there any hognose breeders?

Bolitochrome Apr 14, 2010 10:24 PM

Every year there is a smattering of Hogs, but you have to get there early if you want to grab one up. There was a really pretty albino last year, and some red ones (Erythristic?).
