Blood in stool

tcdrover Apr 17, 2010 09:05 AM

I'm not sure what happened, my arabesque female shed yesterday
and I noticed some blood on the shed. It was a perfect doughnut
shed, but it had some drops of blood on it.

There is some blood on the aspen and in the water. Her head seems
fine. I don't see any injuries on her eyes or body.

I'm guessing it's coming from a stool. She may be pregnant but
she wouldn't be due until July. Anyone have any idea what could
have happened?

I used to be into BCC a number of years ago. I remember mine
would occasionally hurt themselves when they shed. I guess
because they were so violent, but it would show up as white scar
tissue. I never saw any blood.

Thats funny I noticed that on one of my snow yearling. There was a little bit of dried blood around the vent area on the shed but i didnt notice anything that would cause it, so i guess it came from the stool also.....it would be nice if someone chimmed in
