Can I use this cage dimension?

36x10.5 for a hatchling to 2 foot corn snake?

Thanks

It's a bit narrow I think, but it should work cause it's fairly long.

Should be fine as long as the basic requirements are met. Especially provide plenty of snug hiding spots, since hatchlings will sometimes feel insecure in too large of a cage.
