Hytek het for VPI T (Updated Photos)

perfectpredators Apr 20, 2010 10:03 AM

Hello to everyone! Last week I put a post of a small group of hypos from a litter I named Flamingo. In the thread a couple of people asked how the Hyteks het for VPI were doing. Just a few days ago this Hytek shed and I wanted to update everyone as to how colorful these Hytek and Aztek Boas are getting and how well they're doing. They were born with Momma's appettite for sure and her colors as she really colored up with time, as well as are these babies, they're also 100% het for VPI T from a high yellow phase male and I hope some of that color genes that these boas carry show through in time moreso than is the case already:

I only have photos of this one for now. Thank you for looking, I hope you like the look.

These should rock, also the #1 thing I love about the Aztek over most of the other morphs is that the hypo gene just makes the saddles orange with little if any pattern reduction..

I'd love to see what that one would look like sitting on the moss that I take my pictures on Mr. Manny. Then I could take lots of pictures of it and post it myself. That would be cool. Lovely little critter.

thank you professor! I have to pick some up at the local hobby shop, that's the stuff used for models and train sets right? Thanks about the boa, let's hope it's a good breeder like mommy and daddy!

Don't disagree that it will be a heck of a T- however you gotta admitFedex acct # 116275902 the caramels do some cool stuff. I like caramels because if the purples, pinks, maroons and other earth tones. The white snakes are cool in Their own way..

Great looking hytek boas; I can't think of any I have seen that I like more. I will be intereted to see the T Aztec and Hytek. I think I will like the T Aztec more as I think the animals with more black in them will make better looking T animals. I think the hyteks with the reduced black will not be as dramatic. This is just a statement of my personal prefernce as I think the Paradigms are better looking than the Paraglows for the same reason. At any rate they are great looking animals and I wish you the best of luck with them.

You make a great point, contrast over blend. I want to see what happens with both the hytek and azteks in the T form as you notice the difference between aztek and hytek is for the most part the saddle color since the amount of pattern does not reduce much if at all...that's what drew me to this morph so strongly. Thank you Bill for the compliments on this animal.
