Sexing

Hi,

I have 2 corn snakes both 1 year old. I was just wondering what was the proper and safe way of sexing them? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If you have a reptile show near you, I'd take them snakes to it and ask an experienced breeder to sex them. At the size they're at now, they'd need to be probed (popping is tricky and potentially dangerous to larger snakes). There is a free downloadable video on sexing Corn Snakes on Corn Utopia's website, but if it were me, and I had access to a breeder, I'd ask them to sex the snakes.
