Try "Mice Direct". But I have a feeling you will find they are very compatible with one another as far as their pricing. The deal is, the dry ice they are shipped in weighs an aweful lot, so the more mice/rats you can afford to buy and they can stuff in the box, the better deal it comes. You can also try to get a friend to split the shipping cost too, and this helps BOTH parties out at the same time.
No matter HOW much the shipping is, it will be FAAAAAAR cheaper than buying them at a pet store!

Peticebox.com may be another place to try... they say shipping is 28.95 or something... check them out.
