Is this true?

www2.tbo.com/content/2010/apr/28/281515/exotic-reptile-ownership-under-scrutiny-state-comm/news-metro/
This says that Florida passed legislation that includes Boa constrictors making them illegal for private ownership except for already permitted owners and for them only until their current animals die. I've heard of the new bill, but thought that it pertained to ROCs only.
Does anyone know what's going on in Florida?
Thanks in advance,
Aaron

I WILL be contacting Crist.
Oh, I found out that the inclusion of boa constrictors in this article was a mistake on the part of the newspaper.
Thanks again, everyone!

That does NOT mean they will not include them in the National agenda, should this go through. Don't kid yourself.

That's how they do things...they intentionally place false stories in the press, to quote and use for justification later on.

You all see that, don't you? I'm not making this stuff up. I don't operate by their standards.
