and has perfect aim . she is about six months old.

You should try and find a vet somewhere as no one here can diagnose him only speculate. When Chameleons get ailments that show they can go downhill quickly.
If you can't get to a reptile vet ask your vet to reccommend one.
Just remember the info you get here is not from anyone who has seen your chameleon nor has a degree so bad info could make the problem worse. If they do have a degree they won't diagnose and offer a remedy with out seeing him..
I put this as people in many forums tell you to do this and that and can make the situation worse..
