At the sizes they are now, definitely not a good time to put them together. As it is, be a good year before both are old enough to breed. House them separately till the female is at least 15 months old. She should also be at least 350g before breeding as well.
When both are old enough, are healthy and a good weight you can introduce them in several ways. Place them in neutral territory (such as a separate cage, on a bed or floor) and observe. Once they take note of each other the male should head bob, have a black beard (or at least a dark beard in the case of some morphs lacking a black beard). The female may arm wave or just hold still to let the male approach. If they start getting into a fight (the male does bite the nape of the female during normal mating behavior so this should not cause alarm...unless she fights back), separate them and try again in a week.
Another method is to simply introduce the male into the females cage and see what happens. Once you observe a few matings, separate the dragons back into their own cages. There really isn't any need to keep them together any longer than that. She will produce anywhere from 3-5 clutches (on average..some have less some will have as many as 6 or 7 clutches).
