Our New Enemy

webwheeler May 08, 2010 11:57 PM

I believe our new enemy is the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, run by this man:

Cass Sunstein has Secret Animal Rights Agenda

Here are two recent actions of this office that directly affect us:

Add Boas and Pythons to the Lacy Act

Add Amphibians to the Lacy Act

I believe the (mis)use of the Lacy Act is the latest weapon of the animal rights movement to eliminate the keeping of wildlife, such as reptiles and amphibians, as pets.

Great post. I posted about this guy on several forums last year, since I truly believe he could turn out to be the last nail in our coffin, so to speak. As horrible as it will be to have the large constrictors listed under the Lacey Act, it is just a symptom of an even larger problem - that we have agenda-pushing, government agencies that have no checks and balances.

If our "President" doesn't rein in the bunch of liberal misfits who would like to destroy our ability to make choices on a personal level the U.S. as we have known it will "change" [what everybody voted to do] forever and for the worst. I believe the American people voted for positive change NOT continuing restriction of ones personal rights. The change should have been in the form of foreign policy NOT for our own citizens....

Be realistic, this president does not care about us and our rights so don't count on him. I have never been more ashamed of an administration and their policies which reak of socialism and entitlement programs. Come November that will spell the beginning of real change when we can boot many of these folks out who have put our financial future at risks I never thought possible. This will be a one term president, you can count on that.
