I've recently moved to North Carolina and was looking up laws on keeping hot snakes. There seems to only be permits required for certain native species. (E.Diamondback, Pigmy rattler, E.Coral, A few others) Would a permit be required for captive bred specimens, or just ones caught here in NC?

Still need a permit for captive-bred.
