I've been getting that same feeling ever since HR669. Seems like less and less people are doing their part....that or they just aren't talking about it, which is fine as long as it gets done. I know for myself I don't brag about writing letters, making phone calls, etc. But it does get done on my end. Hopefully that's the case for everyone else as well.
