I have two beardies, 1 male and 1 female that i noticed around their anal is yellow stained with being crusty around it. Is this normal or should i be concerned?

Have you treated him for parasites recently? How long has it been there? Can you post a pic? Are you sure it's just not shed?
If it's Yellow Fungus Disease that's where it starts.
There definitely shouldn't be anything crusty or around the vent in a healthy dragon, of any color. Unshed skin can look yellowish especially if old. First thing I would do is give your dragons a soak in warm water and with a soft toothbrush, gently scrub the area around the vent to see if whatever is stuck on that area comes off (soak for maybe 5-10 minutes first). If it doesn't come off then it could be Yellow Fungus Disease.
Another possibility is its just fecal matter...how was their last bowel movements? Were they runny? Diarrhea can definitely look yellowish (like mustard). If they do have diarrhea, I would take your dragons to a vet and get a fecal done to check for parasites.
