Is this commonly found in tree monitors. I was having a conversation with a lizard breeder that said it is common..So I thought Id post this to get a better reaction

the only thing I know is, that it is highly contagious and it is a killer. When it is your collection it's about 99% sure all of them die. It's not visible and kills suddenly, animals stay skinny.
I know of a group af tree monitors that tested positive to crypta and was brought back to the original seller.
I hope I never get into my collection
