to expensive for what thy are. I use reptile basics racks they work the same way and are affordable
Oh
Well how do you like the Reptile Basics rack?
Not cheap, for sure. But mine is absolutely fool proof. Have three clutches in there now with two more on the way. Paid $1990 two years ago for the 41x30x23 with four adjustable shelves and Helix DBS-1000 thermostat. Temps are rock steady and seem consistent top to bottom. There's only one fan, which seemed like it might not be enough, but there have been no problems with circulation. It should be kept in a location where the room temps don't get too high though b/c it will overheat pretty quickly if the external temps substantially exceed 90F. I now have mine in my office where it never gets above 75F and the incubator stays dialed to 89F without fail. Very, very reliable piece of equipment in my opinion.
FOR SURE Habitat racks are built to last forever. I see things in ALL the different racks that I like, if someone could combine the best little ideas of every one of those different racks that would be the ultimate set up in my mind .. Every year I look over stuff and see good ideas in various racks , it's just getting the most ideas for your buck that it boils down to most in the end. I like my habitat racks and feel they work well , just depends on what you prefer , I've had good luck with mine so I can't complain there at all !
A pic for you, I like em!
