High White - Reduced Black Pyro....

Jlassiter May 18, 2010 09:52 PM

This 2008 male is getting whiter with each shed......
At over 30 inches he has been the fastest growing Pyro I have ever owned......But I have only owned 7.....LOL

I'm breeding his sister to a Definite het Sentz Line Hypo / Possible het Hypo-E....So he got the year off.....Maybe next year I will give him a shot.....

It seems like the bigger he gets the white bands "pop" more.....

Could it be that they look wider as he get longer? How about how many scale rows are involved. Seems that most look to be 3 or 4 rows.-----theOLDherper----'pete'

Yes it is certainly an illusion......When he was small it wasn't as noticeable.....
Now he is longer and has more girth so they seem to be wide....

Also he has reduced black so that may help the illusion....LOL
