My MBK laid eggs a few days ago and I was wondering how can you tell if their bad or not. I posted pics yesterday a few posts down so you can see them. I candled all of them as they came out and saw blood vessels. I Did it again today and it seems like the blood vessel got longer. Everyone of them (12) looks like that but one has a very small (3/8" blood vessel. Anyway, just wanted to know what to look for. I have them in vermiculite at 81 degrees. Again, Thank you to everyone who answered my question in the past. Steve

If they hatch they are good. Just leave em alone for a couple months.

infertile eggs are usually smaller and look yellow and sweaty. sometimes they'll try to fool you though. from what i can tell from your pics, those eggs all look good.

1 on Jeff's advise above. i just leave them all alone until they either hatch or turn black and fuzzy... I move the questionable ones to the perimeter to be safe.

biggest mistake folks make with reptile eggs, is messing with them.
leave them ALONE.
try and keep temps between 70/80 with good humidity.
i prefer cooler(bigger babies), fluctuation is ok but just avoid rapid spikes, leave them alone and in 50/60/70 days you should have some pippage! good luck! the eggs looked great in photo below imho.
