And is bigger than the first! which brings up a question. females are siblings, 5 years old. #1 is quite larger than #2. #1 was brought out of brumation first along with the male. they bred over 5 days and she laid 12 eggs of which 9 seem good. #2 was warmed up 2 weeks after #1 and bred with same male. Could all the breeding done by the male then produced more and better sperm or did much smaller female #2 just produce more ova? She laid 13 nice large eggs. They are with the first clutch which ive been usuing qtips to clean off mold from bad eggs, although mold has seemed to stop growing. Best part was no egg retention like #1 and no vet visit!...Dave.
